A 2-hour workshop -on Saturday Oct. 21, at 4PM at Elanda Villa
BUTI Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice which combines power yoga, tribal dance, and deep core conditioning work. Derived from the Marathi word “buti” meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret”, the goal of BUTI Yoga is to guide students through movement, nutrition, and wellness that supports the female spirit–transforming lives from the inside out and sweating with intention!

Holly discovered BUTI Yoga while exploring different workouts like Pilates and Zumba. She immediately fell in love with the feminine, dynamic movement. In 2014 Holly received her BUTI Yoga certification, followed by her 200 hour RYT in 2016. She enjoys combining her love of travel with teaching, and currently balances a career at St Louis University Hospital and managing her business Intentionally Fit, LLC. Whether it’s traveling 5 miles or 5,000 miles she enjoys sharing her passion and purpose.
