A former journalist for ten years in Canada, New York and Moscow, I rediscovered yoga after moving to Monaco eight years ago, while going through a critical period of my life. Since then, convinced of its benefits (I often say that yoga saved my life), I did not stop practicing, and finally decided to train myself.
It is in 2015 that I opened Elanda Villa, a haven of peace with a magnificent sea view where I now “share” my practice of Pilates, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Meditation. I don’t like to be called instructor or teacher, as I just want to share what I have learned and learned to love with my intuition and my heart, always striving to get my students to be themselves, and to bring home what they have felt, learned, and experienced on their yoga mat: an ability to be stronger or to let go, a connection to themselves, or simply a more intense experience of mindfulness.
Using tools that include yoga and meditation, among others, I am also offering Life & Happiness Coaching in private session, and am presently at work on a book / blog project called “Happiness Redefined: Tools to Learn How to Be Happy from A to Z”

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be?

“I have tried so many yoga classes in so many different places without ever finding my peace until I met Marion.
She is the kindest, most generous person I have met. Her smile lits the room and she literally radiates positive energy. She is attentive and dedicated, and always strives to encourage you. She has helped me find my balance and my inner strength.
I am so grateful to her and have been looking forward to my yoga sessions ever since.

“Pushing the door of Elanda Villa in Cap d’Ail is already an experience.
This fitness center is unlike any other in the area.
The place is a cocoon dedicated to your wellness and Marion the founder, pretty like a heart, is a real sunshine and exudes a special aura.
Her Yin yoga class on Wednesday at 18:30 is a pure moment of happiness and the opportunity to reconcile your body and mind, gently.
Marion goes further and offers personal coaching sessions during which you refocus on yourself, who you are and what you aspire to become.
The septic that I am wanted to try the experiment, at first, just to see.
Exchanges, meditation, introspection, in good humor, without judgment and with the natural benevolence of this young woman who is a mix of power and sweetness.
And it works beyond all my expectations.
I can testify today, after only a few months of practicing, of the new well-being that I feel and the change that is slowly coming into me.
A little something that allows me to be more serene, more indulgent about life, about my relationship with others in general and about myself; a little something that has taught me to see the glass half full rather than half empty, accept myself more, love myself more, live my life with more flexibility and strength.
The way is still long, it will surely take time to reach the goal that I set to myself: which is to live lightly but I’m on the right path and Marion, I owe it to you.

“I thank you for all your affection and for all your help; you told me one day that Yoga saved your life, well, our meeting and your teachings also saved mine.”

“I pushed Elanda’s door one summer morning a bit by chance. I realized later that it was not a coincidence … I met a fairy of wellness. I found peace comfort energy pleasure desire joy and sharing. Marion rightly knows how to listen to our bodies and our souls to reinvigorate them and bring them back to life. We have to push Elanda’s door – even by chance – we do not return by chance but by need.”

“A big thank you to Marion who in 4 months put me back on track after two back surgeries (herniated discs). Thanks to yoga & Pilates postures and Marion’s personalized trainings, I was able to regain flexibility of the spine, better balance & strength in general and I am now almost pain-free ! Thank you for given me the attention & help I needed.”
